userscripts for MagiStream (16th Sept 2010)

Hello .
I patched together two little scripts to help gold mining and keeping at least some track of larger keeps.
The Admins are aware of these two, and for them I'd like to repeat: if any problem arises because of those scripts, please contact me, will take them, down or modify them as soon as I can .

This removes frozen eggs and hatchies from a keep you watch, to make mining easier.

This one is a filter for your own keep, and a work in progress,. At the moment, you can filter your keep by species, and marking the check-box lets you view only those creatures that can breed.
This one if a "work in progress", is still lacking labels and a few additional filters I will eventually try to implement.

For both scripts I say: feel free to install, feel free to comment, and if you have corrections for the (most likely horrible...) code, or snippets and additions you'd like to add, feel free to do so, and send me the additions either via userscripts.org or PM here. Will try to keep an eye on this topic, too, but direct messages are just a lot less likely to go unnoticed by me

Will also try to post here in case of major updates happening!

So- just one thing before I try these- how do you uninstall them?

That depends... I use them via greasemonkey on firefox, where you can delete them where you manage the scripts.
I am not sure about how other browsers deal with them.. jsut remove them like any other userscript you have there.

I don't really know anything about removing scripts. I have FireFox, though, so where is greasemonkey located?

Winterraven, does it work when viewing other keeps as well? I would imagine so, but just wanna make sure ^^

Winter: Hmm.. writing an answer to that idea actually led to the solution of a problem I had,
Could somebody please doublececheck: Unfrozen eggs are those that in the third colum:
Have NONE of the worrds "Frozen", "Male", and "Female"?

Will be another filter for now.. I like the idea of actualyl aorting, too, though ^^.
If I can wrap my mind around a sensible solution for actually reordering the keep, Tht will come as a third script .

@firepaw: It doesn't work for other keeps, though, because the table is set up diffrently. One for other keeps might follow, though

Correct, frozen eggs say "Frozen _____"
while unfrozen eggs simply say "_____" <-species
and frozen hatchlings say "Frozen Male/Female _____"
