I’m not quite sure if I have done the quest before. I don’t see a badge on my profile, nor do I see any of the Whispers quests in either the Keep or the Stream. I have plenty of gold and just bred some Raza eggs. Does the quest only appear when the BM is open?
It does appear in the library archive for me but I was under the impression that was just all quests and all quest text in general or something. I also see people haven’t been able to find this BM quest in the past but I’m currently stuck on mobile which makes it a pain to look through the threads. How do I know if I have completed a given quest, or is that what the library is for? Thanks for your help.

I believe the quest is only available when the black market is around
