This place is a small town (Extended beyond the edge of the window, this was just a perfect angle and the window helped with the artistic sense of the photo) that floats on big chunks of island (In the photo there is a pool and then the ocean in the background, but it kinda looks like islands if you don't look too carefully). At the time there weren't many people about, maybe two or three, and they seemed to be just out and about enjoying the bright blazing sun. Sometimes it gets really windy since Turrill is closer to the edge of the island.
