That sounds like a great idea, the language I mean.

And as for familiar, I mean as an animal loyal to the character and helps them on their travels and quests. And by human, I mean that a lot of the characters I've seen lately have usually been elves, which fall on the humanoid side of the spectrum.

How would you feel about me making a mage and your character would be her familiar. Also, how would you feel about that mage being the same species as Vivi but good.

Oh, That'd be cool. You can make them whatever species you want, I don't care, I just find that I am like, the only full animal character, and that made me think about this.

Who are they? I've never really seen their posts....
And I didn't literally mean that I was the only one, I am just saying that the ratio of humanoid characters overrides animal ones.

Arlo and Raven are my characters. Dante is Beans character. And some, while humanoid, run more along the lines of beasts with human characteristics such as the Minkelth and Harpy. Plus there is also a basilisk who is a mythical reptile run by Vv, who is currently too busy to post. Also the majority of demons show almost no human characteristics but beasts and terrible creatures. But I do agree there does appear to be more humanoid creatures.

Speaking of which, for elves, should I put a limit on those allowing for others to chose other species? This would also include sub species of elves. Of course there would be elven npc's, but to keep more variety with players should I put limits on species that already have a lot of characters?

I dunno, That'd have to be your choice. I was acually thinking about making an Elvin character, or maybe a neko.
