As a few others have said, I like the fact there's a "cooldown" time for a little bit with just Donis' x.x xD Give me time for army building, and such :3

I can't agree with this statement. Really, how many people donate? There are many, many more players that can't/don't donate and play magistream- the general populace.

I'm sorry, I just don't like the way you put that. Donors aren't being catered to here. I think the main reasons that there is such a space between creature releases are precisely the ones mentioned- it takes time for artists to sprite the creatures and Damien to write the descriptions, and the general agreement that a sporadic pace is better than a constant one.

Wyrms and minicorns were quite a while ago. At least a month. I remember when we had at least two non-DC creatures released every month. Good times. Gooood times.
Patience is a virtue. You can't expect the artists, Tristan, and Damien to just ignore their real life to spout new creatures twenty four seven. The whole point of this site is to raise creatures, which takes time and patience - and to be able to wait for the next release. I can imagine that the team is already spending more than enough time with the DPs, which they have to release every month. Wasn't it just, what, a month ago that we got the Minicorns and all that? You can't expect them to drop everything and make new creatures because some people aren't patient enough to wait. It's not fair to them.

Not taking any sides.

1. But we get a good more than DC, and other sites (like neopets, they haven't had any new pets in YEARS) don't we have enough, and some people are still trying to catch up with recent releases :italian:

2. In the beginning it was a creature-a-week or so, and I stayed on top f it relatively well enough, no, you couldn't be any less than partially-active and keep up, but it was fun.

3. Creatures take forever to hatch, so even with all those releases last year, they hatched quick, now that take days, even using twitter
