Yes, I see people with creatures in banners and as Avatars all the time, including from the artists named as those who do not permit their art to be used. I have tried contacting the artist, but have gotten no reply. How do I decide whether I'm allowed to use the image??firepaw60 wrote:... But if that's allowed, simply making them for your own use should be allowed. (Banners/buttons, not recolors/splices)
