I told my dad we needed to talk about what happened the other day and the call pretty much amounted to him making me feel guilty because I didn't know the PCA fell asleep because she's grieving and we made her feel bad when she came in late (we pretty much had no idea what to say to her), him telling me my mom has no memory anymore and not to do things without telling him (well sorry, no one told me she couldn't remember that I threw out her old blankets. She told me it was fine!), and that my meds are making me too snappy. He ended the call on the medicine topic. I don't know if these concerns are still from the last meds I was on or what. The last antidepressant made me insanely angry. This one has made me happier. And what he might be thinking of as snappiness might just be that I'm done taking his shit and I'm finally standing up to him. I'm not going to be a pushover anymore. But yeah, I now feel worse. The whole PCA thing isn't bothering me too much. I mean, how the fuck was I supposed to know any of that? He needs to understand that all of the facts we had were that she was late for her shift and her excuse was falling asleep. What does he expect me to do with that?!
And now I'm just even more worried about my mom. There's no good reason for her to not be able to remember things.
