@Glasswalker Lol, yeah. was wondering if i could get away with the tribals, frills and belly for accents. Or if it's too much to be classified as an accent. o3o

Okay, I"m planning to stalk down/create a Tony Stark PC.

I've got Crim Iri, Lemon Shim..and circuit, but I can't decide between Caribbean or Splash..

help/opinions anyone? Please.

splash is more 'softer' than caribbean, which is the equivalent of the color walkin up and slappin ya in the face, sayin 'oi! lookit me!' . XD And we all know how mr center-of-attention is like. XP

lol, yea. Hmm, I'll figure it out, right now there's not a male in the AH with what I'm looking for and I didn't even try genes...I guess it is right after a HUGE dom battle too.

Also, Shadow, I think it may be to much to do as an accent only? But I don't create accents, I only buy them lol.

This is what it says on the front page of the submission thread.
The exception and addition to the existing rules is that we are are requiring all holiday contest accents cover a minimum of 5% of the dragon, and a maximum of 50% (this is a change from the custom accent rules, which state an accent may be 1%-30% - this rule still holds true for all non-contest accents.)
