What does it mean to freeze a egg?

I was wondering what it meant to freeze a egg. Can you un-freeze it?

Freezing an egg (or a hatchling) means it won't grow anymore.

You cannot unfreeze creatures.

Yep ^^ You can sell frozen eggs, although they aren't worth terribly much.

Why would you sell them frozen?

Other people might collect them, or need them to have one of each sprite...I know there are some people around who collect certain types of frozen eggs.

Just to add in, you can sell 100% frozen eggs/hatchlings for quite a bit of gold since they are hard to get at that percentage and are pretty rare for the most part. Anything below that is usually not worth much.
