After playing Morrowind I'm going to have to say that it's better in terms of storyline than even Oblivion because you have options as to how you complete the game, it's not always the same story from start to finish. I loved Morrowind just because of that, you could finish the main quest in different ways.

Well, finding Hircine's ring won't make you a werewolf, that's a whole separate quest. But if you want the ring anyway, go talk to the two people crying at a graveside in Falkreath during the day. Ask who they're mourning, that'll start the quest.
