When it's a baby it's uusually a costody dispute snatching, or an unbalanced woman who wants a baby but can't get pregnant/ has resently lost a child... Either way the child is unlikely to be harmed. I hope he's found quickly, babies change appearance really fast, even without someone trying to disguise them.
