OathKeeper's Entry [BookWyrm]

Post by OathKeeper »

I'm not very good at descriptions, but basically, the adult form can phase through books and find information for its owner.

Descriptions:
General:
BookWyrms are strange reptiles capable of moving from book to book and retrieving information. Although they are not capable of human speech, they are smart enough to learn the language, and can use their inky tails to write down letters and communicate with its Magi owner. It is unknown where they originally came from; rumors say that one day, a merchant came to town, selling strange books and claiming a live creature lived inside.

Egg:
This egg seems to be made from paper. A small, scaly, ink-tipped tail is poking out.

Hatchy:
The strange paper egg has hatched into a small, dark brown reptile, with strange, word-like markings on its body. As soon as it hatched, it crawls into a small book. As it crawls around, looking for small insects to eat, the book is dragged along with it.

Adult:
BookWyrm adults have grown smart enough to learn to write human language. It surfs from book to book, happily scribbling down information it was told to retrieve. When not on a job, it usually enjoys napping inside the book it has taken residence in, or hunting for small insects outside the Keep.
