Dark Brotherhood Initiation problem? D:

So I went to finally finish my dark brotherhood initiation thing (I already had the hellhound and finished the first part but I didn't have the money at the time to make the 'contribution') so I went to finish it, but anyway, it won't let me do it I clicked the 'initiation' quest at the keep on the map and I get this message: Quest - Initiation
"Have you reached a decision?" the man at the door asks, scratching irritably at his balding head. You shake your head. "You have to contribute to this organization, you know. You will have to leave and not come back until you have reached a decision," he says, slamming the door rudely in your face.
The only answer it will let me choose is 'okay'. Is this a glitch or is there something I need besides the gold, I can't remember if there was anything else it wanted x.x -failtastic like that-

You need 10k in gold and two unnamed, not frozen Noctis eggs.
