Might I add that I don't see why we need a bank when you can start a trade (far, far less complicated) and put gold in it? :derp:

Trades don't give you interest and the money goes nowhere.

But that's the point. If you're putting money in a bank to save (which is why post people do it, if not all), and to have it NOT go anywhere, why do we need a whole new system for that?



Also, I don't think just any member should be able to run the bank. I'd suggest a moderator or adviser since I'd assume they're trustworthy, as they've been hired to monitor the site and it's members. I wouldn't send me gold to someone I wasn't familiar with.

I have to agree with Jeh. Even though I "wished" there was a bank, doesn't mean it really is going to work out. Interest is a factor and so is getting it started. What if the user suddenly goes on hiatus and doesn't pay the loan back? There are other issues too, but as of now, I would have to say "nah".

Precisely why I had to ask for suggestions on this thing.
