Yes you can breed but you need at least one adult male and one adult female. ;)

And in some cases you can breed different species, such as gryphon and phoenix.

Just imagine if this was the result of phoenix x krakken breeding.....

Anyways, is the breeding cooldown time one DAY or one WEEK? I recall reading it was one day but when I tried to breed to creatures it gave me a message saying that I couldn't because one of them had bred within the last WEEK. I just want to be absolutely certain.

Well, I certainly hope not! Anyway, I'm hopeing that if they can breed together we'll have either an Ice Phoenix or a fir Kracken ... one can only hope that will be the case ...
