Hi,
No, creatures don't automatically show up in your signature. To add creatures to your signature, go to your keep, click on Embed Multiple (if you want all the creatures to hatch or grow, click on embed tab, if not, click only the eggs and hatchlings you wish to grow), then copy the code, go to your profile page -> edit profile -> click on edit signature -> paste the creature codes you copied and save (submit).
