how to rearrange keep tabs?

before, iirc you could just drag them to change the order, but that doesn't work anymore. i've been trying to figure out how with no luck so far

As detailed in the Report Site Errors thread and the Site News, rearranging tabs is one of those things that is still waiting to be fixed after the big maintenance.
