Fine Tuning Glasses

I love the idea behind Fine Tuning Glasses. It's great to let people who prefer certain low percentages the ability to obtain those percentages from something slightly higher.
However, I feel as though 5% is a little too low as the threshold for usage. I have had great trouble in the past and again recently with not being able to obtain hatchlings at or below 5%. So I am suggesting an adjustment to the threshold for use of the Fine Tuning Glass.
I would like to see the ability to use the Glasses on frozen hatchlings at or below 25%. That would mean a creature could accidentally get a couple of extra clicks and still be able to have the Glasses used on it. The result will still be a random percentage between 0% and 3% as it is now, just people will have a greater leeway to use the items before the creature grows too much.
