Trade not working?

I'm trying to start a trade and when it asks if Im sure if I want to start a trade with ____ Yes/No, I hit yes but it sends me right back to the forums page.

Do you have more than one of those pages open? I find, if I'm trying to start multiple trades if I don't confirm the first one before trying to start the next, it'll do that.
