I’m just asking because I’m curious on how to obtain it, how exactly do I get the item that grains you five gold per click rather than just one? Do I buy it somewhere? Or is it no longer obtainable? Please I’d love to know... thanks.

Artificer Guild Shop. There's a quest to join. Start in Synara City.

Complete this quest:
https://magistream.fandom.com/wiki/Quest:_Artificer and you get access to the Artificer's Association shop, which sells Alicanto Heart. After you buy it, it's added to your inventory and you get 5g for each egg you click. c:
