Clicks not working

Hi everyone 
Just a little thread to ask you a question : is it normal that sometimes clicks are not working ?
I just got 4 new eggs from the Herbalist shop, and they are still at 0 even if I already clicked them.
So I tried with my phone in 4G, unloged on my account, and it worked, they have now 2%. And when I try again on my computer, loged, it still doesn't work.
It's not the first time it happens, do you know where does it come from ?
