Kelungs can Breed now.

With how the rarity is set up there is Very common eggs, Common, Uncommon, then Rare. So in a way the Common are more Uncommon, while the uncommon are rare and the rare is ultra rare. At least that's how I'm understanding it. They just list the tiers in a different way then it's usually done for rarity.Windi1 wrote:VilaWolf wrote:Kelungs can Breed now.
Yay! That still doesn't help with the rarity. Supposed to be common... They are uncommon at beat. I cannot find an egg to save my life.
When considering rarity, take into account there are 231 creatures available from the stream. If everything were the same rarity and showed up in order, it could be 5-6 hours (depending on grabs) of steady stream watching before one saw a particular egg. Since there are different rarities and they don't show up in a particular order, it's understandable that some don't get seen much.Windi1 wrote:VilaWolf wrote:Kelungs can Breed now.

I think it's 230 since the snow hare is only in winter and Lakiran Platypus is a flood only. but that is a small difference to the stream eggs appearance since I don't think there is a set number for how many common, uncommon, rare, and very common show up in the stream it's just all randomly chosen every 15 minutes so you just have to get lucky with seeing the egg in the end.MistyoC wrote:When considering rarity, take into account there are 231 creatures available from the stream. Stream cleaning or Stream sweeping, I think!Windi1 wrote:I don't remember what it's called but when you pick up eggs from the main stream only to freeze each one till you get the one you want, might increase the chance of seeing a Kelung egg, Windi. I should have mentioned that earlier but it slipped my mind at the time. If you have some time you could try that to get more.
I'm not too sure that "sit here for 6 hours non-stop" is the answer folks want to hear, especially since shop people have been charging between 5 -15 k for untransformed stream-borns that others could have picked up for free. And they STILL have to pay for the item to transform them, if they want one of the Alts. People think I bitch just to bitch, but I freaking told you that the way these are set up would be a pain and upset people.MistyoC wrote:When considering rarity, take into account there are 231 creatures available from the stream. I didn't say that was the way to find them. I did phrase it badly. I was saying that if the creatures simply showed up in a particular order with no variance in rarity, one would only show up every 5-6 hours depending on how many eggs were grabbed in the interim. Therefore, saying that a creature shouldn't be considered common because a particular individual hasn't seen them is inaccurate. Honestly, I've had days where I never saw a Koi in the stream. This does not make them less common, just not in the stream at the times I was looking.VilaWolf wrote:I'm not too sure that "sit here for 6 hours non-stop" is the answer folks want to hear, especially since shop people have been charging between 5 -15 k for untransformed stream-borns that others could have picked up for free.
