Actually these were originally from Valentine's event from 2014, from a Valentine's Caravan shop. Then they brought them back as part of a Halloween 2018 quest line which has since retired. Then they were brought back again from the Mysterious Tin Box which was from the Black Market during Solstice event in December 2018.
