All in the title! The poem could be in any form of non violent poetry!
This includes limericks, rhymes, etc., so go for it! Doesn't matter if its bad.
Here's mine:
(this is not of my own creation)
Roses are red
Bacon is red
Poems are hard

I love you Bible, I love you so,
You've taught me all the things I know.
Some may not believe you're true,
But I can safely say "I do."

The word of God in physical form,
Keeping wisdom safe and warm.
Such an amazing book, so easy to lift,
I thank you, Lord, for this amazing gift.

My Bible, lol. I made this up just now.

A small glass
Full of blood red liquid.
What is it?
A pitch full of it is somewhere.
But slowly and surely
As I let people minds wonder
I sip the sugary drink
Enjoying a fruit punch tang.

This cabinet of oak, filled with books both young and old,
To me they bring much pain, books of knowledge, rocks, and gold.
They share a world of numbers, which surely hurt my head,
I know I'm forced to read them, but, to be honest, I'd rather be dead.

People say I have to read them, that this is for my future,
But instead of reading these, I'd rather pledge my life to the Fuhrer.
I'm tired of all this useless knowledge, I wish I could just move on,
Turn the pages of my own life, and have those old books begone!

A cabinet full of school books, tee hee.

no one knows what lies
beneath your black and white skin
coated with a dash of madness
to my chagrin
you pierce through my skin with your
knives
and lick the blood from my wounds like
a hungry beast

my cat

Sitting quiet by my side
Beauty deep within resides
Old and wise and dignified

All it needs to be awoken,
A spell that's written,
Never spoken

Stretching hands toward it's keys
But what unlocks it's voice is me

*Looks at the three things next to the keyboard*

Paper, pencil, black curly...thing
(It's stretchy and shaped like a ring)

A note that's written for future use,
To make a poster, for the next day of Tues

Also on that paper folded,
Lies a drawn cookie, strangely molded.

For the Student Library Advisory Committee
Chose me to make a poster, large and pretty.

Fireplace,
burning bright
Or would be, had I brought a light.

Oh dear, oh me, oh my
There's a lot of stuff there, but I will try;

A landline charging in its socket
Near fourty rocks pulled from my pocket
A jar of cinnamon in stick form
Empty cup of ice cream, long since warmed
Bottles of lotion, one and two
Though one is scented, both are colored blue
A poptart box I still need to mail
I've tried to get a stamp, to no avail
An unframed picture, pink rolled up tights
A collection of tiny, battery-powered lights
A huge maple leaf, a bag of shaved wax
Four paper, one pencil, and two earring packs
A fidget spinner sits on a fake pet butterfly
A swirly little stand to hold your business cards up high
A stuffed toy owl that I sewed, with his crooked glow-in-the-dark grin
A cat toy and a double-dish, to put food and water in
A woven mat, school pictures packet
Either two shirts or one black jacket
A cat carved from soap, my glasses, a lamp
An orange anklet-type ribbon I got from church camp
One Chapstick, two Chapstick, an alligator clip
A cat-shaped cord holder, made so it won't fray or rip
There's quite a bit more stuff that's there, under papers big and small
But since I'm lazy and this list is long, for now, this will be all.
