On those who don't celebrate Halloween, consider this a generic Masque Ball that happens to be held in the month of October. You can still create a costume and submit something. (You theatre geeks out there have a distinct advantage in that department.)

I seriously doubt they'll let you ask for Voltairan Alphyns. Those have been repeatedly stated as ONLY a gift. And asking for them would be rather crass.

While I do agree with you, it is a valid question, considering Tristan's post says any creature. He may want to edit his post, if that is indeed his official stance. (On the other hand, for those who already have one, they may appreciate a chance to request an oppositely gendered one, or one for freezing, etc).

I really have no Halloween costume planned, and don't have any intentions of getting one, so I suppose Bennie the Betta will have to do the dressing up. This will be a tough one, although knowing him, he'll certainly think it's a hoot.
