Lucius soon finished his meal, putting his plate back on the tray. "You're a good cook, Octavian." He was continuously getting hotter and hotter due to the heat outside, pausing for a moment before standing up. "I'm going to go cool off."
He slid out of his kimono, which was the only thing he was wearing, and laid in down on the bench. He then left to go and wade in the pool like he told Luke earlier.
Octavian couldn't help but raise an eyebrow, looking over at Luke for a moment. "I just don't get why he decided to dress in only his kimonos."

"Your guess is as good as mine," Luke said in reply to Octavion's question before going back to eating his sandwich until it was gone and then putting the empty plate on the tray afterward. "Maybe it has something to do with that magazine that he had been reading before we got to the den." This last statement he said was said after a few minutes of thinking why their master was naked under his kimono before he started to drink his sweet tea again.

"What kind of magazine was it?" Octavian asked with a raised eyebrow, now quite curious to what their master could be reading. He did know that their master would every now and then dress like that under his kimono, but he was beginning to do it more and more often. "Maybe Lucius just wants more attention from us or something."
Lucius swam in the pond, feeling little fish nibbling at his toes. It tickled. "Hey Octavian, would you mind getting me a towel for when I get out?" he called softly, waiting for an answer.
"I guess I should go get that towel." Octavian stood up, sighing before making his way back to the mansion. "Luke, make sure he doesn't run off. You remember that one time don't you?" Yeah, there was one time where Lucius decided that he wanted to play hide and seek without telling either of his henchmen, and lets just say that they didn't find him for a few days.

(I was thinking about like an angel vs. demon thing and where Luke and Octavian would have to protect Lucius.)

((sure sounds fun. will Michael and company be in the midst of it as well when we bring them in here? that could also add drama for Lewis and Michael since they're different species and it could also be kind of like a Romeo and Juliet type of thing))

"I'm not sure what kind of magazine it was but it did have a somewhat naked attractive man on the front of it," Luke said in reply to what Octavion asked about the magazine before hearing what Lucius asked the former. "Alright and yeah I remember. I won't let him out of my sight." He said this last statement in reply to what was asked regarding Lucious running off. He then turned his attention to Lucius who was still swimming with the fish for now.

Lucius looked over at Luke, seeing Luke watching him. A big grin formed on his face, and he had the most brilliant idea ever though it would be pretty embarrassing for himself. While he was walking out of the pond though, he stepped on a piece of broken glass. "Ow!" he hissed as he landed on the ground with a loud thud, looking down at his bleeding foot. What was in his foot wasn't little either, so they would probably have to call a healer of some sort. "Luke! Please help!"

(We could do that if you'd want to. I was thinking of that earlier, but we could also use npcs if need be.)

((I like the idea I came up with to go alongside yours so we can do it. we can do both; bring in Michael and company later when we're ready to do so and then have the other demons and angels be npc's))

Luke cursed to himself when he heard Lucius cry out in pain and practically ran out of the gazebo to where his master was on the ground. "I'm going to pull this out okay? Squeeze my hand to help with the pain," he said after he saw the big piece of glass lodged in the former's foot. He then pulled it out as quickly as he could before picking him up and making his way quickly back to the house to get a healer in order to heal his foot.

Lucius screamed as the glass was pulled out of his foot, clinging onto Luke as he was carried back to the house.
Octavian had rushed outside to see the commotion with the towel in his hands. "Master, are you alright?" he asked to only receive sniffles and pained moans as his answer. He put the towel over his master as Luke passed with Lucius. Octavian then rushed past the two to hurry and get the first aid kit they kept in the house.
Lucius buried his face into Luke's chest, letting out only sounds of pain and distress but not talking. It just hurt too much, and it felt like he was bleeding quite a bit from the burning sensation in his foot.

"I'm sorry," Luke whispered softly to Lucius before he walked with their master in his arms towards the den where he sat down on the couch there and just held the other demon close to him. He had seen Octavion approach them with the towel and then had watched him hurry off to get the first aid kit. Now, he waited for him to come back and help heal Lucius' foot while asking what happened, knowing that he was probably going to get yelled at by the older demon.

Lucius cried softly, gently burring his face into the cloth of Luke's shirt to try and hide his tears from his henchmen's view. He was a leader and needed to keep his image up, but the glass had went in his foot really deep. "I was just walking out of the pond when I spotted it..." He sniffled, finding Luke's hold on him very relaxing.
"Hold still, master," Octavian said softly, cleaning the wound with peroxide and then wrapping it up in gauze. as soon as he was back downstairs "That's all I can do for now, but don't walk on it at all. Have Luke or myself carry you."

Luke shushed him and tried to comfort him so that he wouldn't cry anymore. He hated it when Lucius was injured enough that it made him upset since it made him sad and think that the incident was his fault. In this case it kind of was since he had been watching him the whole time but just didn't see the piece of glass on the ground in front of him. If he had, he would've had Lucius not go any further and then would pick up the shard before having him continue to walk but it hadn't happened that way. He focused on Octavion as the other henchman started to clean their master's foot wound before wrapping it in gauze and then heard what he said afterward. "If it would be better for you and you still wanted to get around on your own without one of us carrying you we can get you a pair of crutches for you to use until your foot's healed," he said after a few minutes while still continuing to hold him.
