"Well I guess as long as you try that's good enough for me and because it's just in a friendly way as well as because I like you," Rafe said in reply to Roan's statements and his question. "Also, even if other people aren't doing that it doesn't mean that we can't. Maybe they're also too shy to kiss a friend or someone they like on the forehead or cheek but I'm not and I'm also not afraid to do it." He then just sighed as he said the additional statements before looking around the room that they were staying in and hoping that they could stay here for a week before they possibly got bored of it.

Roan blushed as he heard that the other liked him. "I might like you also," he told the other, quite nervous about telling the other. He sat up so that his head was no longer against Rafe and moved over so that he was laying on the bed. "I wouldn't be able to do it unless the person told me that they liked me, you know?" he asked, closing his eyes as his head rested against a pillow. "Later I'm going to go and see if there's anything that I can make a blanket from, for later of course."

Rafe smiled a bit when he heard what Roan said about liking him and then just nodded in reply to the question that he was asked. "Alright and do you want anything for breakfast?" he said both in reply to the former's last statement and asked him since he thought that he might be hungry. He was but he wanted to know if the other was as well.

Roan shrugged. "Sure, you know that we always eat a lot when we go to safe houses," he told Rafe and snuggled his head into the pillow. "Are you wanting me to go look around with you to see if we can go and find anything anywhere?"

"Yeah I know and it's because we don't get to eat a whole lot when we're on the run," Rafe said in reply to Roan's first statement before hearing the question. "If you want to but I was going to check to see if there's cereal here first as well as milk, bowls and silverware and then if this house doesn't have those things I would let you know if we need to go to a restaurant to get breakfast to eat which hopefully we won't," he said in reply with a small shrug before getting up from the bed and moving to the door to go to the kitchen. He left the room, went down the hallway to where the kitchen was, located the pantry, found cereal that both of them would eat, and then started to look in the cabinets for bowls and the drawers for silverware as well as the fridge for milk. Once he located all of those, he poured the cereal into the bowls along with the milk, put spoons in both, and then carefully took them back with him to the room. When he was back in the room, he gently set down the bowl that he had prepared for Roan down on the small table on the side of the bed that he was laying down on, went to the other side of the bed with his bowl, and then sat down on the bed before starting to eat his breakfast.

"And if we do then we have to eat stuff that the dogs can't hear or smell too easily, and we all know how well they can smell." Roan nodded and watched as Rafe left, watching as he came back a few minutes later. He sat up and grabbed his bowl of cereal, moving over closer to Rafe. "How are we going to keep ourselves occupied while we stay here? We both know we get bored pretty fast, Rafe," he said as he gently leaned against Rafe before he began to eat his cereal. Roan was glad that he could eat a meal without having to be cautious of being too loud or of any dogs or humans, and if the humans or dogs noticed them, they would have to run for their lives no doubt.

"I'm sure we'll be able to find something to do or we can always leave early but, like always, we'll have to be careful with food and if we make a campfire to help keep warm," Rafe said in reply to Roan's question and then listened to the statement that he had said before asking the question and just nodded in both agreement and reply before having his attention return to his cereal as he went back to eating it.

Roan listened to what Rafe said and paused before saying, "Hey Rafe, do you remember that one time when we weren't so careful?" he asked, his head still leaned against Rafe. "I remember it a lot, and I don't want it to happen again." The one time that they weren't careful, a bunch of dogs came and found them and many things happened.

"A little bit yes but not a whole lot since it was a little while ago and I don't want it to happen again either," Rafe said in reply to both Roan's question and statement before having his attention go back to his cereal. A little while after that, he finished eating the rest of what had been in the bowl, drank the milk out of it, and then set it back down on the nightstand next to the bed that was on his side of it.

Roan finished his cereal as well before setting the bowl down. He leaned his head back against Rafe's shoulder and nodded. "Yeah, and they almost caught us. They would've locked us in cages to never see each other again." He looked at the other and then around the room. "Is anyone else besides us awake, Rafe?"
