i have a dehydration headache therefore no proper typing for yall
i would start my form for my scientist but im tired and in pain and dont feel like thinking
ive been chugging water for the past 1.5+ hours but it hasnt done much yet
i hate dehydration headaches because it's probably going to hurt for at least another half hour, and until then im stuck like this because we're out of painkillers

i really feel like rowing right now and i'm not sure why :derp:

Hahaha, I'm re-opening the thing so I hopefully won't have too many forms to juggle. If no one takes the hybrid girl in two days I'm grabbing it for myself. :haha:

Gatorade is like, an energy drink, right?
Those things are good because water just replaces water, but you sweat out other things.
Energy drinks (sport ones) usually have electrolytes and good stuff in them. They help you recover more.

Electrolytes have something to do with like ionized particles and stuff. I'm not really all that sure. :derp: They have to do with energy, I believe and the thing sports drink companies say is that you lose electrolytes when you exercise and their drinks will replenish them for you. Something like that. :yarly:

I googled it and it's something about being ionized in water? But that's so general, I still have no idea what it means. I think it might just mean sugar because ionization and I have no idea what I'm talking about, all of this sugar has shortened my attention span to like half a second.
