Wind- Fairy Dragonfly

A small girl stands up and clutches her notebook. "Perhaps..this is the earth creature you saw?" She says in a small, shy voice. She opens the notebook and in it, are notes about the strange creature.
This creature is no bigger then the size of a humans thumb. It does seem to fly with the wings on it's back, it just seems to float on the winds. However, if there is no breeze, the two tails on the small creature seem to propel it through the air.
These creatures feast on the nectar of flowers, they're small tounge helps them do this. They seem to hibernate during the winter.
