Do our stories need to be in first person, or can they be in third?
You can write it in whatever way you like. As long as it addresses the theme -- summer at the Keep -- you have the creative license to write whatever sort of story you choose.Applemint wrote:Do our stories need to be in first person, or can they be in third?
That's because it is the 5-shard donation pet this month. Sometimes you can win donation pets in site contests.HoarderofMistwalkers wrote:I found a profile that already had a wild Fox chinchilla....
Yep. Anyone can enter, but site staff, mods, and those who have won in the past two months simply won't be eligible to win the prize. Once the two months are up, though, past winners will be eligible to get a prize again.HoarderofMistwalkers wrote:I working on my story. It'll probably be one of the longer ones and I hope no one else is using the same idea as me. I don't really expect to win, but it's still fun! That's really the reason I'm doing this.
Edit: if I do happen to win the contest and am unable to win for two months, will I still be allowed to enter in in he next two contests? I just won't win?
Given that the theme is Summer at the KEEP, I'd assume that it has to take place there.Piney wrote:Does the story have to take place at the Keep or can it take place in other places on the map?
Also yes where is the poll?
You don't have to interpret Keep as the place but rather as "Summer for members of the Keep." So yes, you can have your story take place somewhere else, as long as you tie it into the Keep some way (like having the main character be from there).BBkat wrote:Given that the theme is Summer at the KEEP, I'd assume that it has to take place there.Piney wrote:Does the story have to take place at the Keep or can it take place in other places on the map?

Bit of a nice surprise to return home to after vacation though. Looks like I have 10 days left.
