To answer your question, Hoarder; Sarabella, Aimi and Skye are in Skye's garage. Lucas appears to be in his own workshop and Saffron and Ayako haven't been posted recently.

Maybe your character could run into Lucas, Saffron or Ayako, seeing as they're all free, cantthinkofausername.
