Hallo again, so soon! The following message reached us today:

Dear fellow magi,

I have an astounding announcement! My research with ornamental penguins has led to the discovery of a new spell, one which allows you to transport hundreds, or even thousands of creatures around the Keep all at once. I know that many of you have been waiting for such a spell to be developed, so I have done you the favor of writing it down on this piece of paper with no cost to you at all. It is very easy to learn and can be used by new and seasoned students alike. Have a happy day, and head over to your creatures to test it out!

Sincerely,

Professor Spheniscidus

This discovery is just the tool Belmos has been waiting for. And I guess you others will find it useful as well. To try it out, go to your Keep and hit the "move creatures" button. A panel with various options will show up. Here's a quick guide to how it works:

You'll find nine boxes, that are all checked by default, grouped into four categories. At least one option in each category must be checked for moving to work. The four categories are:

Freeze status: options are frozen und unfrozen
Name: options are named and unnamed
Stage: options are egg, hatchling and adult
Family status: options are lineaged and unlineaged

There are also two drop-down menus. One of them will let you choose a specifc species to move. This is the reason we changed species names to make them unique. You have the option between one specific species and all species, you cannot select several species for move.

The other dropdown menu will list your various tabs. Use it to designate a tab to move the creatures to.

Examples:
Leaving everything in its default setting and choosing a tab from the drop-down menu, all creatures in your current tab will be moved to the designated tab.

If you uncheck frozen, adult and hatchling, it will move all unfrozen eggs in your current tab to the designated tab.

If you uncheck egg, hatchling, named and lineaged, then select Platypus from the drop-down menu, it will move all unnamed unlineaged adult Platypodes into the designated tab.

If you uncheck unlineaged, it will move all lineaged creatures into the designated tab.

Remember, if you uncheck all options in a sepcific category, nothing will be moved. So for example if you uncheck both named and unnamed, nothing will be moved, because every creature is either named or unnamed.

Have fun playing with this and make sure to let us know of any bugs you encounter (except for Vasant Beetles, we know those bugs are everywhere)!

Ooh, so we did end up going for species as well. Nicely done. Great job, Tristan.
