His name is Paul Naschy, normally I'd say your odds of living are a sure thing. He'd make sure you survive even if he dies.

However, in the particular movie the image comes from - he ends up becoming a zombie.

I let her screw around with everything's subconscious while I run carrying her, and hope things don't get...HEART THROBBING. As in, I go insane and die HORRIBLY while she smiles happily.
