HELP

I vitsted my keep and found my lady dawn gone. she was a Dawn Cinersi and she was colaterol ona loan to jadecloud. she just vanshed. it says is belongs to Anonymous when i clilk the trade she was in. can someone please please help me find her or replace her please please please

What happened, I belive, was that during the crash, she was sent back to the person/whatever you got it from. That has happened to other players before too.

When did this happen, exactly? Can you give us a date?

If it happened within the past few days, then it's definitely not crash related. A creature being "owned" by Anonymous almost always only happens when the creature(s) is/are released.

Even if a creature was lost in trade/transition, then the owner would show up as "Nobody". Did you accidentally release it? If it was released, then it will not be replaced. However, if it's lost in transition, then maybe the creature can be recovered into either your Keep or jadecloud's keep.

Then it's definitely not crash related and highly unlikely to be a glitch. Did someone else have access to your computer who might've released the creature?

For this trade, did you send the creature back to jadecloud? Your side of the trade is blank so if the creature was released, it would have had to have been from your account and not jadecloud's since the creature wasn't returned to jadecloud.
