I pressed submit when I spent like forever tracking down what I could find. :< Sadly, a server error popped up.

The website encountered an error while retrieving recovery.php. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.

yea for the pygmy eggs i have no idea how many i had of each. i know it was 27 eggies, but i don't know what colour the eggs were

Tristan, undoubtedly you are not going to read this, but I must post it anyway.

With all due respect, your method of recovery seems overcomplicated and oversimplified at once.

For one, people lost dozens of creatures. How are we supposed to click that little plus sign and scroll through a list 200 times? As I've said, and many others have, there is no gender, no color, no generation. I understand if you say, "your family of eight generations is just gone, sorry", but you cannot expect us to take two of whatever you feel like giving us versus the things we had.

I'd very much rather just type out a list than use that thing.

Not to mention it's glitching for everyone.

So, how about just letting us type out lists? Either way, you're going to have to go through a head-ache inducing amount, but I'm not settling for less than I lost, I do apologize.


@Wolf: That's all well and good, but the purple males were the highest sought, and while I'd adore getting a male, some people will not be so happy to get something they didn't have originally.

QFT. </3 Since my post got gobbled somehow, here we go again. I would like to know how I am supposed to request to get back in line for the two 1st-gen Nursery Guardians I had. I would also like to know how to request some of the 10s of pairs of albino dires I had back, since replacing them would take ages and I feel like I should be able to ask for them back. Additionally, I would like to know how to request some gender-specific QBs to be returned to me. There is currently no way to specify this sort of thing on the provided form, and therefor it is not going to work for everything I need to request to be returned to me. I am going to be working on making a list, though like many others, I have not kept detailed notes of every single creature that has passed through my Keep and therefor know I will never get it all back. This is heartbreaking to the point of nauseating, and I cannot image what you're having to go through, Tristan. I wish I could help out somehow, but I guess my thanks will just have to suffice. I understand this will all take time; I don't mind that, as long as I get my creatures back. </3

same with me, but I clear my history often. If I guess something off a few, would mine be denied, or would they just give me back the number I had? And what if I wasn't sure how much I had spent of my gold or something?
