Re: A mysterious message
Currently it seems like only the Spinetails and older can breed.

Nothing can breed past the Spinetails. And I love that little bottle badge! Its so cute!!LunatheDragoness wrote:Are there certain donation pets that can not breed?ApprenticeCrone wrote:Quest is done.
Donations ARE breedable -but it costs shards, so you have to have at least 3 shards on hand before you can see the option.

EDIT: Will they be able to breed some other time? Like once they get a little older?

Re: A mysterious message
Just curious:
Will they be able to breed a limited number of times?
Will the offspring be breedable?

Re: A mysterious message
That's probably a "wait and see" thing
/can't read Tristan's mind
Hmmm, well, as soon as the first person's bred pet grows up to adulthood, we'll find out if the offspring can breed too.
Anyone have one they're planning to grow all the way up?
/is willing to ninja a code and try and find out

Re: A mysterious message
I'm just happy that I found someone to sell me 1st gen Temple Cats. I plan on growing them to adult, but I'll never be able to breed them.. I can't spend real money on games. But just having a m/f breeding pair of Temple Cats will make me uber happy.
Now to decide if there are any other old Doni's that I want bad enough, lol.

Re: A mysterious message
A little scared at the moment, seeing as how bred donis started off at about 800-900k a pop a few hours back for the older ones and now some people in the md are only willing to pay 150k tops for the same doni. I just hope it's people testing the boundaries of the economy amidst all this craziness and prices will even out in a day or so.

Re: A mysterious message
Well, the quest -and the ability- only showed up today. Bound to be some oddities at the beginning.
I mean, there are a few things that should be fairly stable -it costs 3 shards to breed them, so likely enough the price will never drop below the price of 3 shards of whatever else (50k/shard at the moment, still, right?). The ones that don't have many breeding pairs out there and available will stick at the higher end for quite some time, special dates/genders will always be worth more to collectors/people who want those things special...

Re: A mysterious message
I expect there's going to be a lot of craziness over pricing while people figure out what they're willing to pay vs what they're willing to accept. While I don't think it'll settle down in a day or so, it should before too long.
