I have complete respect for people that are able to discuss their beliefs without saying "you're wrong" or "you have to do it this way" My best friend is Mormon and because of dealing with my family for so long, I almost didn't even want to hang out with her in the beginning. Now we're inseparable and we have quite meaningful conversations about her God and my Goddess. We call them TPTB or the powers that be. Honestly until we die, none of us really knows who's "right" about religion anyways. It's a running joke between our families that maybe everyone is right. We go back and forth between all of the Gods and Goddesses sitting at a table saying things like "Buddha you want to handle this one" to to the thought that maybe the higher power is smart enough to realize that not everyone responds to the same thing. What if it really is just one God/Goddess that just tapers him or herself to fit different people's needs?

Apart from one book, I've never bought actual published erotic novels. Mind you, that one book was amusing. It was in a second hand bookstore. This was the cover (Note: There is nothing explicit in that, the woman is in revealing clothes but about as much as a bikini. That said, it does have strong implications of sex and she is handcuffed so... if that bothers you, don't click it). The funny part? It was in the children's section! Even if you don't read the book or the synopsis, how can you think "Hey, this belongs in the kid's section!" after looking at that cover?

I actually enjoyed that book but I have a strong preference for BDSM (I am part of the community) and it also has a lesbian scene in it (I prefer females to any gender/sex). There was quite a bit of sex or sexual scenes in it but there was still a plot. It's pretty well written, too. The downside for me is that it was rather short. I'll probably be getting the other books in the series sometime.

I too would like to know about any interesting authors or erotic books. While there is a HUGE variety available on the internet, maybe some of these might be nice for the kindle I plan to get.

If not published, there are plenty of sites with good erotica, some plot based, some straight to the sex. Of course, you sometimes have to wade through the junk...

Yeah that's what I don't like. There are plenty of explicit writings on FanFiction.net but you have to dig through the poorly written things.
Sometimes non-published authors can have on-par-with or better-than published authors writing when it comes to explicit stuff because of publishing regulations.
I can't legally buy it for another month or so anyway, so yeah...lol
I prefer online stuff anyway. Mostly because I'm more interested in hentai than actual explica.
