I'll keep loaning them out all day/evening, but I expect them all back by midnite MS time (11pmCST). That way I can do the quest again first thing in the morning and start loaning them out again after.

Just to make sure something's cleared up: you only need the 12 Vasant beetles once. After you have passed the step that needs them you will be able to repeat the next step regardless.

xD The only animals with 'king' that immediately spring to mind are King snake and King Cobra. And King Charles Spaniel.

I was thinking more of the Enchanted Forest quartet by Patricia Wrede, with the female King of the Dragons. ("Don't you mean 'Queen'?" "No, that's a different job altogether." )
