Each bottle guarantees one baby. The blue bottle is one to two babies, the brown agate bottle is one to three babies, and the white with blue markings is one to four. To get the exact number, I roll a die (4, 6 or 8 sided - depending on the bottle) and the number on it determines the number of babies. (1-2 = 1, 3-4 = 2, 5-6 = 3, 7-8 = 4)
