So, are Imperial breed change scrolls retired? Or just ultra rare? Apologizing for my newbness right now because I never check FR Forums.

Retired, only available to kickstarters, will never be available again. There's still a few floating around that haven't been used, but you're going to have to give an arm and a leg and a few souls for one.

Imho with how rare the Imp scrolls are, they're virtually worthless since no one could possibly be able to afford them. The last time I saw anything directly given to KS people (not sponsored) that was up for sale was the Scroll Case Sling and that was for 20mil.
