I took out the DPs, and I bunched some creatures together to make sure I didn't mix the SB's for the ShopB's or was too lazy to rewrite it all.
I hope the prices seem right. I tried to keep them low, 'cause I'd be comlainin' 'bout 'em if I hadn't sold one of my Imps to get a lotta gold.

There's something that had been bugging me, and I'd like to know if you could give me a little clarification. What is your response to the people who don't agree with your pricing? Looking through the posted lists, I agree with a few prices, others not at all. And to be perfectly honest, I don't like the idea that someone else is going to try telling me that I shouldn't sell something, whether it's a Koi or a Bone Dragon, for a price that I consider unfair to me, just because these lists say so.

In the end, I'm hoping to have very reasonable prices for both the buyer and seller, which will hopefully keep complaints about pricing out. The lists you have seen posted are not the defining ones for the Coalition. I have a spreadsheet going and am keeping track of all posted prices. In the end, I'm hoping to find a happy median, perhaps even ask a few older members if the prices are indeed fair.

Also, if the seller of the creature disagrees with the price that is set, I will work with them to set a still reasonable price that they deem fair.

Would you like me to post a link to the spreadsheet? That way, people can get an idea of what direction the prices are leaning in. Of course, it's not totally updated considering our spreadsheet creator abandoned it for awhile and I just took over

So, you decide if something is reasonable, but again, if I don't agree, what then? I base my prices on what I feel is fair given the demand at the time I am going to sell a creature. If I feel 100g for a Koi is fair, that is what I will sell it at. You will not be working with me to decide what I should sell my creatures at. I certainly disagree with 'allowing' the prices of Donation Pets to rise by 5k for each month they are out of the shop. Popularity is too big a factor to simply say, it left the shop 6 months ago, the price will therefore be "X gold". Unpopular creatures will be overpriced, and the popular ones underpriced.

Prices will change. They go up, they come down. More users means more gold in the system. You cannot control the economy.

Well, if you posted your list of what you would pay, that would be edited into the spreadsheet like the rest of them.

Also, as for the possibility of popular Doni's being underpriced and the unpopular being overpriced, that is an issue I'm hoping to remedy by this mass collection of price lists of what everyone would pay. Because everyone has their own tastes, and if I get enough lists, hopefully they prices will level out at some point. We at the Coalition haven't decided the whole "5k up per month out of shop" thing as a definite rule, but more of a stand in till we actually address that hurdle. Since you appear to disagree with that rule, I will be taking it to them for reconsideration.

We know we cannot control the economy, but we hope to influence it in some way.

We arnt trying to. Please stop implying we are. We are JUST trying to give users that dont have hundrends of thousands of gold to spend on things a chance. We arnt telling you you have to sell ___ for a certain amount.

Could you please explain your question?

Because, we aren't trying to enforce these prices throughout the Merchant District, or anywhere else for that matter. We will be enforcing them in our shop (as do all other shops who have set prices) and hoping that the prices will someday leak into the MD due to the constant flow of fair prices on creatures

And Sicksoul, please don't sound rude or anything. I like having these....potential problems and whatnot sorted out before the shop is opened
