Does he care about showers? My sons at 7 would have gleefully skipped those for 5 weeks! With a shower hose and a baggie, washing with an arm casted is much easier than with a leg.

he prefers baths but with the arm a quick shower is more convenient. also he is an odd child. he cannot go more then 2 days without a bath, or he tells me that he's a little piggy and needs a bath NOW. >.> plays in the mud, gets a bath, plays in the mud, gets a bath, i tell him to stay out of the mud, he plays in the mud anyway, gets a shower.

Been searching houses/apartments for rent and I don't think we'll find anything soon.
The cheapest (and one of the nicest) is 395 + all but sewage, and my partner's dad said it's a bad idea since he thinks heat will be too expensive for four floors, and that the landlord will get us into a spot where we can't leave. But it's close to my parents and our jobs, and we can get out of the lease whenever we want (even though it's a year).

I don't know. I'm new at this, and it's scary, and we have till Monday to find a different place than that one.

Hm, I'm a bit obsolete in my knowledge of the D&D stuff. Must find a group to play the current edition with so I can figure that out...
mostly I only know the systems where your skills are based a lot on intelligence, so getting skills at all with low intelligence is tough. This is clearly not so linked!
Sounds like a fun character to play, though.
