Since there is no events going on and they're in guild shops yes, they are permanent.

Temporary creatures either appear in the stream or their own shop to leave at a later time.

they cant sadly but it makes sense too if they are in guild shops imo. they are very gendered differently -has nearly 1 of each pair. dk if you guys got the different colored ones. if not i can post them- i am unsure if they will beable to breed so we shall find out soon.

It generally takes a few weeks to even a few months for creatures to have the breed option. Some rare cases like the Valentines release (the fish were able to breed right away), newly released creatures get thrown into the general lot and have their breed options turned on alongside older releases that needed their breed turned on.

Other normal incidents of immediate breeding options are when new creatures are released and they produce hybrids which were released at the exact same time. Hopefully these guys will get their option soon, I have quite a collection of SB's already in preparation.

from what it sounds like on a few other threads ive seen, they MIGHT but again, its unsure. right now they cant breed for being new creatures. So if they can breed later on, then great. for now, we need to wait. they are still fairly new to the magi world and in the guild shops only.

The only times a creature won't get the breeding option is if it is a donation pet, or an event pet(this is at Tristan's discretion though as Arkai have breeding, albeit limited, and somethings get the breed option-Duckits for example-but others don't to make them 'event only'-like the Mohrior. (The Elephant Snail and Delroch are special cases, the latter being male only and the former not breeding because of something lore based-basically it's restricted xD)
Since these are neither they will get the breed option, we just don't know when. Generally new releases don't get that ability for a while. Tristan will implement it and when he does usually a bunch get that ability at the same time.
