Due to moving to an apartment, I had to give up two of my three dogs. I did get to keep my hamster but he recently died and I got a new, adorable little fellow named Roxas, called Roxy for short. He is so small and cute and quite active and friendly...but it was strange.

When we first met him, the sales clerk told us that he was...well he cried (and I never heard a hamster make this sound). The next day we went and bought him and none of the clerks mentioned his problem...and I brought him home and he has not cried once since.

How odd...but he is healthy and going strong.

I got a new puppy a couple of weeks ago. He's a black lab/blue heeler mix, but only the lab really shows, so I named him Corbin (raven-haired). He's 5 months old and came already mostly house trained. :-) He annoys the cats by existing, but is friendly with them. The resident pitbull wasn't sure about him at first, but is warming up to him.

I have 3 beautiful babies...
BUMI
She's a lionhead bunny that is white and brown, and the brown marking on her back looks like an exclamation point, so we call her the quest giver! (We're gamers lol) When she thumps, the whole house goes BOOM! Hence, Bumi. Also low key named after the Earth bender from Avatar. Hehe.

MILLIE
She has a (not bio) brother named Millie. He's fluffy and all gray. We originally thought he was a girl... and quickly found out he was not, lol. They are separated though so no baby buns! We were watching YuGiOh when we were naming them so we named him Millie after the Millennium Items, lol. And we just kept it. We THINK he's a Netherland Dwarf. He's very very sweet and gives kisses.

VELCRO
He is an all black cat with a tiny puff of white on his chest
My husband and I have had him every since we moved in together when we were 18/19. He's our first born and our baby and he's absolutely rotten! He's an incessant lap cat who sleeps under the covers and talks like he's human ans literally follows us from room to room.

I have 2 kitties at the moment, both around 6m old :t-swoon:

Seulgi - Confidant siamese tabby who only thinks about food and tries to get outside all the time because she loves to explore. Seulgi loves to hunt and has a very high prey drive/energy, so she's easily bored. When she's bored she goes looking for something to eat (like me!) She'll literally eat any crumb she come across like a vacuum cleaner. She eats almost everything, including popcorn, chocolate cake (I know, dangerous. She was fine afterwards to my relief), bread, crackers, etc. I don't give any of these to her mind you but if you leave your food unattended she'll get it. She also likes to sharpen her claws on my pants as a way to show affection. Feral kitty. Always looks vaguely grumpy. She's my baby.

Rita - Neurotic white kitty with black tail and patch on her head (also very fluffy). Rita has crackhead energy and will sprint around the house at random intervals. She does not meow like a normal cat because her meows resemble more a mouse squeaking then a cat noise. She likes to drink toilet water. Does not like when you pet her unless she wants it, the way she wants it. She's also petty and will get back at you if you annoy her. Has a wide eyed innocent look but is far from it. She's larger than Seulgi even though she's slightly younger, she's gonna be big when she grows up. Very naughty.

I need to do some updates...

Since moving out of my parents', I now have a total of 6 dogs (2 mixed breed, 4 Boston terriers), 5 cats (all DSH), 4 turtles (one unknown species of cooter, a Mississippi map turtle, an eastern river cooter, and a Florida softshell), 1 fish (common plecostomas), 3 nerite snails (tiger, olive, and zebra) and 5 lizards (a bearded dragon, a uromastyx, 2 leopard geckos, and a green iguana).

Phew... picture updates may come someday.

I have four cats, two dogs, and one bearded dragon. Each animal has their own story.

1. Copper, an orange tabby, was adopted from a shelter when he was young. He’s a skittish cat, but once he gets to know you, he’s very sweet and likes to race to me and my sisters room when he sees us coming. He is the lightest cat in the house and likes to get on my moms shoulders like a parrot.

2. Todd, a silver tabby, was adopted from a pet smart. It took us a day because the first time he would not leave the cage. The next day, he was very happy to see us and came home. He used to be quite the gentle giant (he’s the heaviest cat) but when we got the dogs, he was not happy. He hates dogs and will try to square up to them. He loves me, my mom, and my twin. He barely meows except for when he wants food or we are being too loud (he’s an old man in a cats body).

3. Asher Goober (Ash), type of cat is unknown to me, is the mouthiest cat in the house. You’ll hear him before yo see him. He meows constantly, even if you give him food or attention. He will meow when you say other animals names, and if you give another animal attention, he’ll come over and try to get the attention onto himself. He was found in a Target parking lot by a friend of my mom and my mom fell in love with his ashy coloring, hence his name. His fur is now a bit more brown, but it use to be a light gray. He likes to lick your arms or your face if he knows you, but his breath is bad. He is great brothers with Todd.

4. Jack Jack, fluffy orange tabby, has the biggest story out of all of them. We were taking a walk when we heard him meowing. After several minutes of searching, we found him in the bushes, only two weeks old. We took him home and took care of him. We tried to get him into a shelter, but he was far too young. By the time he was old enough, he had imprinted on us and is now a part of our family. He’s the cutest cat in the family and he KNOWS it. When he sees us coming, he’ll roll onto his back. Be careful, his belly is a trap. He only accept attention if he wants it, and when he wants it, you’ll know. He likes to follow me around when in this mood and purrs loudly. He’s a big cat with a small voice and purring makes it cuter. He is the only cat who likes bread and will beg for it if you have it. Doughnuts are the BOMB for him, especially with coconut shavings.

5. Kringle, a Irish doodle, was adopted from a breeder due to my youngest sibling being allergic to dogs. He’s the sweetest boy and loves everyone. Big dog, big heart. He loves his sister Tiger Lily, who has the same father as him.

6. Tiger Lily, a golden doodle, was also adopted from the breeder. She’s about a few months younger, but she’s the alpha and she makes it known. She’s short, but makes up for it in strength. She pulls when we go on walks, so we call her a sled dog. She loves giggle balls and isn’t as scared of Todd and takes him as a challenge.

7. Toothless, bearded dragon, is the newest addition. He was originally adopted as an experiment for my youngest sibling but we love him dearly. He doesn’t like to be handled much, but he’s getting better at it. He loves his lettuce and mealworms and crickets. I love him a lot and when I carry him, he doesn’t want to let go of my shirt when it’s time to put him away. Over all, best lizard. 10/10.

And that’s all of my pets and their histories. And yes, I have a zoo, I am well aware, but I love all of them.

Our neighbors' cat recently passed, they have a new kitten and he's an adorable little poop (apparently they've had to put a solid lid on the guinea pigs' cage because he'd reach his lil leggies through the 'bars' and flail at them). Their dog, who is a big adorable doofus, does not know what to make of his new kitty sibling.

We don't have any pets so I fill the void with neighbors' and friends' pets
