Wow, this creature looks great & how can i get access to herb shop, water shop, etc...........

You can't since you're already part of the Dark Brotherhood, so if you want to join another society you need to leave the society you're already in and do a quest that costs a lot of gold and then do the quest that belongs to one of the other societies.

Yeah is not easy to find some from the other societies and when you do they cost too much if you ask me.

Been thinking about just setting up a swap thread for them so I can get pairs of the other two.

I haven't seen too many outrageous prices mostly? It's just there only seems to be people selling from the herb shop and the water shop, i can't seem find anyone selling from the dark shop

From the general description:

Its nimbleness makes it well-suited to both mountainous and wooded areas, as it can move up steep slopes and through treetops with equal ease and speed. Coastal serendins prefer rough shores, where they hunt fish between the reefs and steal eggs from the birds nesting in the cliffs above.

So that's mountains, forests, and rocky shores. I would think the habitat varies by type. Dark in mounatins, earth in forests, and water in rough shores.

I got 1 of them now ^^, now i need to earn more gold.......to get another. I hope they are permanent.

Since there is no events going on and they're in guild shops yes, they are permanent.

Temporary creatures either appear in the stream or their own shop to leave at a later time.
