Haven't been able to sleep much (have problems both falling AND staying asleep, even if I do feel sleepy when I'm NOT in bed) for the past two nights, and my insomnia has been getting more frequent over the past... 2 months? I could reasonably chalk it up to... either my thyroid acting up, but I don't have any of the other symptoms (no sweating, no palpitations/tachycardia, no weight loss, no anxiety) or a return of magnesium deficiency? That hasn 't happened in the past several years, but it has been a thing on several occasions when I was younger, so here's to hoping these magnesium supplements will do their work soon. If this continues, I'll have to go to a doctor but I reasonably can't make time for that... until the latter half of January, lol.
