Today is the "would-have-been" 6 year anniversary of my fiancée and I, I really miss him, but I'm glad he's happy ^-^

Ah, it seems clicking has slowed down considerably in the hatcheries. Hopefully I get another red Skulk in this batch so I'll have a pair.

And I may have baby chicks next week. Maybe. Sometimes the hatchery website lies (read: isn't updated). They're not technically mine; they're for the guy whose property I'm living on, but I'll be raising them and caring for them. I told him I'm going through chicken withdrawal, so he said to get some bantams, as he doesn't eat too many eggs. I can hear the adorable little peep peeps now....
