I'll be entering, if I can get my dog to co-operate. I very much doubt it, so I may have to sacrifice some of my artistic vision for the sake of my sanity and her continued excellent health - she is 9, so I can't really expect an old lady to start getting used to being dressed up and sitting still.

I have a question:
I live in Australia, where Halloween is not as popular an event as it is in America (I mean, we still have lots of cool stuff, but it isn't AS cool is it is in America) and I don't own a costume :tard:
and my parents won't let my buy one >< Would it be okay if I made my own costume out of paper or something and photographed it? It obviously wouldn't be as realistic, but I REALLY want to win this one, since I didn't win the last contest. Anyway, I've already started a costume, and it has absolutely NO BOATS, is quite original etc. Would it be okay?
