I'm not fond of the look they gave Drift nor the choice of car they gave him. If anything an Impreza or something similar should have been used. :/

Drift's face gives me the creepy crawlies. BUT the dinobot designs are looking pretty dashed amazing, so that may very well make up for it.

Also, if another Transformers movie gets made after this one, I want it set on Cybertron, written by the RID writer, and directed by Guilermo del Toro

I'm actually willing to give Drift a try, believe it or not
just because I didn't read the comics or anything so I don't really know much about him outside Tumblr
other than he seems really sarcastic and has swords and does cool and funny things

Drift is an ex-decepticon with a very spiritual side and is an annoying optimist. He got banished for taking the blame of bringing a mass murderer onboard a ship for another crew member but I heard he'll be back soon.

And I read some spoilers about AoE because I don't really care about being spoiled about the plot.

I've heard that Ratchet's gonna bite it and I'm not prepared for it
If that does happen, then the only two original Transformers from the first movie will be Optimus and Bumblebee

I've heard that they basically killed off all the old Transformers from previous movies. Including Ratchet, who gets a sad on-screen death. Also Lockdown and some of the Dinobots also die near the end? I was expecting Drift to bite it but I guess they need him alive to sell toys.

I am surprised that the novel version of AOE isn't available yet. For previous movies, I have been able to order from Amazon and read them to find out what happens.
I am now quite perturbed to hear this news.
I plan on going to a Sunday matinee to see the film.

I heard that Vector Prime is coming out of Ratchet's spark when he dies?
I don't know how. It's a stretch and I'm not really believing it because what would Vector Prime have to do with dinosaurs?
Unless they go forward/back in time to get them and then go back to the present?
That doesn't make any sense though so I'm not sure. I really doubt that that is in any way true, unless you guys have more info on it or something
