I am so sorry for the radio silence!! The TLDR version is my mom was in the hospital twice in the last year and I've been frazzled. We've been struggling with insurance because they sent a paper saying that the claim was denied and we were on the hook for over $311,000 USD. Turns out that was old and we only owe $300 USD and they were dragging their feet because it's "such a small amount of money."

Other than that mess, I've been okay. Have a prolonged head cold that won't leave me alone and cat food prices are stupid. And it's freezing outside. xD

Ugh prices are crazy on pet food! I believe a bale of wet food (which is like 12-15 cans) for us is literally like $10. Our hard kibble, I can get $70 worth of kibble (a 30 pound bag) for $15!!! I wish I could just sell it to everyone this cheap

Dry food isn't as terrible, I can get 40 lbs for roughly $23 and it lasts them a couple months. The wet food is where I'm suffering. If only they weren't adamant about not touching pate foods. Little brats.
